Northeast Calgary has never been short of talent — it has been short of a salon that does all of it properly in one place. The Style Loft was opened to be that: a room where a woman can get balayage that doesn’t fry her ends, her husband can get a skin fade and a beard trim, and their daughter can get her first haircut without anyone rushing.
Everything is priced on the wall and on this website. Every colour and chemical service starts with a consultation and a strand test, because hair that has been boxed-dyed, henna’d or previously bleached behaves differently, and pretending otherwise is how people end up with damage.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is free — men's cuts, threading and brow waxing can often be done on the spot. Colour, highlights, balayage and smoothing treatments always need to be booked, because they're two to four hours in the chair and we hold the time for you. How much does a haircut cost at The Style Loft?
Men's cuts start at $25 and a skin fade is $30. Kids' cuts are $30, a shampoo and style is $40, and women's cuts run $45 to $50 depending on the shape. Colour starts at $150 for a full colour and $200 for balayage or full highlights. The full price list shows every service.
Where exactly are you, and is there parking?
We're at 110 Corner Meadows Manor NE, Unit 110 in Cornerstone, northeast Calgary — just off Country Hills Boulevard NE and a couple of minutes from Stoney Trail. There is free parking directly outside, so you don't need to feed a meter or circle the block.
Do you colour and cut men's hair as well as women's?
Yes. The salon is built for everyone: women's cutting and colour, men's cuts, fades, beard trims, beard and head colour, perming for both, plus kids' haircuts. You can book the whole family in one visit.
How long does a keratin or smoothing treatment take?
Budget two and a half to four hours depending on length and density. We do a strand test and a short consultation first so you know exactly what your hair will look like afterwards and how to wash it for the first 72 hours. See smoothing treatments.
Is bridal makeup available?
Bridal and party makeup is launching soon. Hair and skin services for a wedding party can be booked now — call (403) 999-0008 and we'll hold the chairs while makeup packages are finalised.
