Waxing & eyebrow threading in NE Calgary
Brow threading from $10, waxing from $3, full body $120. Quick, clean and priced per area in Corner Meadows, Cornerstone.
Brows first
Threading is the reason most people first walk through the door. A cotton thread lifts a whole row of hairs at once and follows a line precisely, which is why it beats tweezers for speed and wax for accuracy. Eyebrows are $10 and take ten to fifteen minutes, so it fits into a lunch break.
We shape to the bones of your face rather than to whatever shape is in fashion this year — where your brow should start, arch and end is set by your eye and your brow bone, and that doesn’t change with trends.
Threading
Eyebrows $10, upper lips $5, chin $5, forehead $6, full face $20. Fresh thread every client. Best for anyone with sensitive skin or using retinol, acids or acne medication, where wax can lift the skin.
Face waxing
Eyebrows $7, upper lips $3, chin $5, forehead $5, side burns $10, full face $20. Faster than threading over larger areas and leaves skin smooth for longer.
Body waxing
Under arms $10, half arms $20, full arms $30, half legs $25, full legs $50, bikini $20, full back $45. Full body is $120 — considerably less than booking the areas individually.

Waxing & threading questions
Threading or waxing for eyebrows?
Threading ($10) gives a cleaner, more precise line and is gentler on the thin skin around the eye, which is why it's the default for brows here. Waxing ($7) is faster and better on larger areas like arms, legs and back. Sensitive or retinol-using skin should always thread.
How long does the hair need to be for waxing?
About 5 mm — roughly two to three weeks of growth. Shorter than that and the wax has nothing to grip, which means patchy results and a second pass.
What should I avoid before and after?
Before: no sun, no exfoliating, and skip moisturiser on the area that morning. After: no sun, hot tubs, saunas, swimming pools or exfoliation for 24 hours, and no makeup over freshly waxed facial skin.
Do you wax men?
Yes — back, chest, shoulders, arms, brows and ears. Full back is $45.
Is the wax double-dipped?
No. Fresh sticks, no double dipping, and fresh cotton thread for every client.
